About Parul

I am a Yoga instructor. I pursued yoga course in Rishikesh. Now I am a professional seeking forward to share my knowledge. I am a Graphic Designer and have 3 years prior experience. Yoga gives immense joy and satisfaction. I have created a stability and calmness in my mind and I want to impart my knowledge to all those living a stressful life.

About the lesson

Best knowledge of Hatha Yoga, meditation and Pranayama will be imparted. You're free to ask any questions related to life, body or mind. Motivational sessions could also be setup as per students' requirement. Yoga will help you in creating a balance and living a peaceful life.
