About Jeffrey
In my personal life, I am a silly gay Chinese man, who strives to make the best art I can with my current ability, I have a very lucid and visceral vision when it comes to creating, being able to see what I want to make, and all their potential forms. As for my work, I paint heavy themes with explicit imagery, shying away from making it "palatable", as art is to disturb. My work often portrays the effects of addiction, isolation, depression, violence and homosexuality. This would not reflect my demeanor as a person, I am a very silly go-lucky ambitious boy with the strive for everything. I also speak Toishanese, and Cantonese

My personal approach to assisting creation would be to traverse your personal goals alongside you, and have a deep understanding of your intention. From there we would explore the opportunities set before us, and the meanings of what each action will hold if we go in that direction.
I think the difference between me and other tutors would be my strive for you to feel supported with any subject matter or ridding the lack of confidence in your art.
My lessons are for any artist searching to expand nuance in their work, explore different subject matters, and help guide to reach personal painting goals.
