Ultimately my approach in education is to work with integrity in order to build lasting relationships. This is achieved through individualised planning empathising with each person so they feel valued. I am an enthusiastic and driven individual, who excels in working with people from diverse backgrounds. I have a proactive approach to tasks which coupled with my meticulous organisational skills, means that I can face the challenges and rewards of teaching with ease. About the lesson

Empowerment through education is driven from the practitioner’s versatility and initiative to secure the vision of an outstanding learning environment.This is achieved through individualised planning empathising with each young person so they feel seen and heard. By establishing a consistent routine, I am well-versed in delivering lessons following evidence-based methods such as 'The Harkness Method' and 'Kagan Cooperative Learning Structures.' These approaches are designed to create a highly interactive environments where students work together in small, structured groups in order to boost student-led discussions, encourage ownership of learning, and foster deep, critical thinking and collaboration.
As evidenced from my observations and reports, my planning and execution also considers learners' progress, using assessment and marking to influence future teaching. Consistent use of formative assessments, and student & parent feedback, are utilised to address misconceptions and provide depth to learning.

These sessions were delivered virtually which worked perfectly and fit into my son’s busy after school schedule.

My son found Aysha’s teaching methods helpful and I am pleased to say he did really well with his Chemistry result which I am sure would not have been the case without Aysha’s tutoring. This was one of the subjects that he struggled with so we were all r we ally happy with the outcome.
