About Parithy
Hi, I'm Parithy! I'm currently a high school senior and I love to help out students with any academic need! I have previously tutored students and friends virtually and in-person with great success, as well as gave feedback on classwork and homework through for-profit tutoring services, which gave me lots of experience teaching young kids. To add on, I am very enthusiastic about STEM subjects and plan to study math in post-secondary so I would love to help out any student with any help in order to set up future success.

As a student, I understand how certain teachers and certain methods make not work for everyone, which is why I combine your best learning style into my lessons. As a tutor, I build on the tutee's critical thinking skills and further understanding by building on the reasons why this is how it is, as well as explain and practice the topic in order to ensure success.
A typical lesson plan depends on the student's grade and the subject, but I generally set some structure with a task list of the lesson, explain the topic and allow them to practice questions with and without me. This method of teaching was built on prior experience on tutoring both virtually and in-person, volunteering at Kumon and just helping out classmates, but will change depending on the child's needs! With STEM subjects specifically, I like to focus on the logic behind the subject and explore it in a visual manner in order for students to understand.
These lessons are specifically for students K-12 looking for tutoring or homework help in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics (excluding Calculus), but please contact me if you are looking at help for specific senior courses and I will let you know if I can help!
