About Olena
I am a highly experienced fitness professional with 15 years of experience in stretching, Pilates, full-body training, and personal training in both gym and studio environments. I am also a currently active professional circus artist, which strongly enhances my understanding of body control, movement precision, and technical execution.
I work with clients of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes, helping them achieve sustainable, long-term results. My expertise is based on a deep understanding of human biomechanics, structured training methodology, and a fully individualized approach to each program.
For me, it is especially important that every movement is performed correctly, technically, and with full awareness. I always explain why each exercise is done, what its purpose is, and which muscles are involved. My goal is not just to provide a set of exercises, but to teach people to understand their bodies, enjoy the process, and turn training into a consistent and positive habit.
My sessions are built as a progressive and logical system: starting with gentle activation and breathing work, and gradually developing into full-body engagement, strength, flexibility, and coordination. It is a holistic approach where every element is connected and contributes to balanced physical development.
Throughout my career, I have worked with many clients who achieved noticeable improvements in their physical condition and overall well-being. My training includes stretching, full-body workouts, Pilates, and strength training, available both online and in studio. I work with all levels, from beginners to advanced clients, adapting each session to individual goals and physical condition.
My approach is structured and progressive: we start with gentle warm-up, breathing, and mobility work, then move into muscle activation and targeted training, and finish with stretching and recovery.
I focus on proper technique, body awareness, and safe progression, helping clients tone and strengthen the body, improve flexibility, posture, and overall fitness, as well as support goals like weight loss or weight gain in a healthy, balanced way.
