About Arcy
I got a license for "Yoga Alliance" in 2010.
I mainly visit small groups such as families and couples and teach for 10 years by including breathing techniques and meditation.
Also I have experience about nurturing Yoga teacher 200 hours as experienced YTT each year since 2015 in Yoga Studio until before covid-19.
I obtained a license from "Japan Body Stylists Association" by attending for 3 years at the association in Kyoto. This is unique program that is collaboration between oriental medicine and lymph drainage.

And I got an instructor license for the latest beauty "Facial Yoga" in 2019 and have been teaching since April of this year. "Gentle Lymphatic Yoga" for health is my original method.

LEVEL: My yoga is gentle yoga, so the level is one only.
DISTANCE: Over 20 miles, usually charge $5 each 1 mile. Traveling is minimum two students.
CANCELLATION Policy: If it is 24 hours before, no charge. But if it is after 24 hours, charge same price.
