About Aditi
For as long as I remember I have been interested in Buddhist Philosophy and all that it stands for. Naturally, I was intrigued by meditation and its effect on the mind. I have been meditating for over 2 years and it has drastically changed my life. I only wish that these precious teachings reach each and every sentient being for their betterment and well-being.
