About Sophie
I am currently living in Montreal, attending McGill University, pursuing a double major in Biology and Political Science. In my high school years, I lived in Vietnam, attending an international school where I took the IB diploma and achieved a score of 43. One thing that is most important to me is making sure that students are confident in their school work, which I know is a major struggle sometimes, so I think personalizing lessons to your needs is super important! As a tutor, I would be open to whatever it is you feel you need to do, but also can take the lead if you are really not sure!

I am an IB graduate with a 7 in biology, so I understand how hard it can be to cram so much content! I aim to make the process of understanding and memorizing biology content simpler. Although I am most confident with the IB program, I am also familiar with other high school courses, and can help with those as well! I am also proficient in Spanish and English, with some French, so can adapt to your needs.
In a typical lesson, I will focus on whatever you think is most needed that day! Whether that is help with homework, a certain topic that you need to revise, or creating a revision plan for an upcoming test.
