I am an Italian visual artist and creative wellbeing workshops director at BE KA Art Studio, originally from Bologna and now based in London. Passionate about creativity from an early age, I studied Fine Arts and Sciences as a teenager before going on to earn first-class degrees, including a BA in Painting and Photography from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna — where I also worked as an assistant to a professor on the etching course — a Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts from Chelsea College of Arts, and a Master's in Art and Science from Central Saint Martins (UAL). I am also certified in Creative Health and Wellbeing through Artmaking at Central Saint Martins.
Other universities (e.g. RCA and City & Guilds) also accepted my portfolio and offered me a place for their courses.
My background is as layered as my practice — I have worked as a photographer, artist, graphic designer, Fine Art restorer, and gallery assistant, exhibited my artwork in Bologna, Venice, Milan, and London, and previously trained as a Hatha yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. These experiences all shape my warm, holistic approach to art and teaching. I hold an Enhanced DBS check and teach on platforms including Tutorful and MyTutor.

I can help with project planning and techniques, photographing your work, creating a portfolio, health and safety, and presenting and exhibiting your work. I will also encourage you to explore different artists, styles and periods of art history.
For the online lessons on Zoom, I use two cameras so you can see what I am doing and better understand the process. Depending on your needs, I also use slides and videos. I focus on environmentally friendly techniques and procedures.
** Classes and workshops at BE KA Art Studio I currently run cyanotype workshops at my studio at Trinity Buoy Wharf, E14.
BE KA Art Studio is a creative space where art, nature, wellbeing, and human connection converge. Located in my riverside atelier at Trinity Buoy Wharf, moments from Canary Wharf, the studio offers in-person and online classes and workshops where you can explore your creativity and connect with others in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Classes and workshops are deeply rooted in health and wellbeing through art, human connection and nature. The workshops are designed to be as accessible, allergy-friendly and environmentally sustainable as possible. My approach is friendly, relaxed and playful, encouraging you to connect with materials, others and yourself. Creative practices do more than inspire — they heal. They reduce stress hormones, calm the nervous system, ease physical tension and pain, and support emotional balance. When you are in a creative flow state, your brain enters a meditative state, bringing clarity and relaxation. Art helps you to slow down, reconnect and feel grounded.
It’s not about the result — it’s about the experience. Creativity is medicine.
I have taught students and professionals of all ages and nationalities, in one-to-one and group settings, both online and in person, and all are welcome, regardless of experience or background.
