About Richard

I am a free-lance designer and currently a student at UAL Camberwell. I have had previous experience working in schools in my area assisting art classes. I have a lot of practical experience in conceptual design as well as printmaking, sculpture and painting.
I have an A* in GCSE and an A in A level for art and design and I am very confident to how the mark scheme works. I have tutored fellow art students, family members and art students in my previous schools who were not in my year and helped improve others' art and design GCSE and A level grades due to my understanding of the mark scheme!

About the lesson

My teaching is based on idea development classes, integrating contemporary art and themes into my teaching requires a shift from predominantly technique-driven instruction to idea-driven instruction. Many artists do not work in a single medium or technique and instead try to explore an idea, event, situation, or question through multiple media and visual strategies; I encourage this methodology.
