About Prashasti

I have an enhanced DBS check. I give online tuitions or I can teach at my home. I base my approach to tutoring after evaluating what type of learner they are, whether that is auditory, visual, kinaesthetic or an intrapersonal learner. I can tailor my teaching to meet their needs. Additionally, my teaching method involves providing a strong foundation on the topics first, then giving suitable exam material to further the understanding of the student, ensuring that they have the skills needed for the exams. I can go through the exam techniques in detail so they can link back what they have learnt to answer questions to appropriate detail. The website I have been working on will be based on my experience.

About the lesson

I tutor A-level Physics, Maths, Further Maths and Computing online up to GCSE. I can also help with Personal statements and MAT, PAT, NSAA and ENGAA. I am currently a PhD student in Physics at UCL, in Quantum computing. I am a MSc Applied Maths and Computing graduate from Imperial College London. I did my undergraduate in Physics. I studied A-level Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics and AS Biology. I am enthusiastic and friendly and have a strong interest in Maths and Science as well as a strong background in it. I love helping and pushing others to get the grades that they deserve. From my A-levels, I have a lot of personal experience as well as experience from tutoring for the past 5 years. I am working on a website to help students prepare for Physics A-level and University entrance exams. I give online tuitions. I was struggling with my Alevel Physics and with Prashasti’s help I have really been able to gain confidence on my Physics. She helped me through the topics I struggled the most with such as Electricity and Simple Harmonic Motion. I was overwhelmed by the topics but she was able to simplify the topics so that I could understand, and now I able to confidently do exam questions and my grade improved signficantly. I would definitely recommend Prashasti

I was tutored in PAT by Prashasti. I was struggling with the questions and she helped me understand the topics by breaking it down, she then helped me practice questions. I was very happy with her teaching and it helped me to get into my university of choice because I scored really well in PAT. She was able to help me plan my schedule as well around my studies.
