About Katie
I have experience teaching students of a wide age range (k-12) about earth and life sciences, from biology to chemistry to geology, in traditional and non-traditional classroom settings. I have instructed lectures as well as led field courses for middle and high school groups of about 10 students for extended periods of time. I find joy in educating others about the subjects I love, and learning new things about my students and new subject areas as we go about that journey.
