About Veda
I am a student from Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies Srikakulam. Since I have been practicing yoga for 4 years from my guru Eswara Rao, Danunjaya Rao Sirs and I learned kriyas from them.
Why I decided to take classes is to get experience and for earning money. I am very enthusiastic to teach yoga classes and experience something new about it.

Om Namaha Everyone! Yoga is union of body, mind and soul. I take 1 hr 30 minutes for the class in that 45 minutes for asanas, 15 minutes for chanting universal sounds (om karam, gayatri mantram), 15 minutes pranayam, 15 minutes meditation. I will assure that you definitely change your mind, control your emotions and thoughts, and your body gets more flexible.
