About Elliott
Elliott Reid is an instructor trained in progressive calisthenics, and completely committed to moving this art beyond its limitations, with an ardent passion for teaching & educating people in
mastering movements & manoeuvres,
alongside strength & conditioning principles.
The utmost boundaries of the physical body, since time immemorial have always been pushed by men and women liberated by individuality and unrestrained by cultural convention & mass perception of physical potential.
Just as world records in any field of sport can be pushed, broken & shattered, so too can the human body, in the pursuit of strength & conditioning, be emboldened, developed & enhanced.
Based on exercises which require minimal equipment to develop maximum results, of which the only limits are the individuals imagination & work ethic, combined with their knowledge base of strength development principles, but what more than all else moves strength development forward is safety.
It is my mission to produce trainees & athletes which are of a high calibre who can, 1. Defy convention and break away from a culture which pushes useless flashy gadgets, products & brands over timeless exercises,
and
2. Train safely.
Safety is the cornerstone to faster progress, because it keeps recovery time to a minimum.
Isolation exercises are the surface structure of strength.
Calisthenics its sub structure.
