I met Lauren at a fundraiser night in Cairns and was fortunate to be a student in the daily morning classes she taught at the permaculture design course in September.
She brings so much heart, discipline and fun, as well as full acceptance into the class. I always left feeling stronger, at ease that I had learnt something new!

I met Lauren in Guetemala when we were both living at a circus residency practicing/teaching yoga and circus. Lauren is like sunshine in a human, you will instantly feel comfortable in her presence. On top of that she's an inversion queen and will be a valuable teacher if you're keen to try new and challenging yoga poses.

The most remarkable thing about Lauren is her energy. She emanates lightness, joy, and celebration, and you will be sure to leave her class feeling better about being alive. Her greatest passion is training her body through many forms of movement, dance, acrobatics, and of course, yoga. She takes this passion and humbly brings it to every one of her classes. Lauren most certainly is the best teacher any practitioner would ever wish for. Not only is she experienced and very knowledgeable but her openhearted, comprehensive approach and healing presence is a delight for any one who wishes to find balance and nurture his inner peace. I had the chance to witness her practice and teach a few times and the feedbacks have always been anonymous : as it is the purity of her kindhearted intentions that radiates through her guidance, and it is this same light that sustains the whole practice she so masterfully embodies and share.
