About Morgan
I have been a yoga and meditation practitioner for over 15 years. I have experienced firsthand the profound positive effects that a yoga practice has had on my life. It has helped me crawl out of a deep depression and soothed chronic pain. My yoga practice has given me a new lease on life, and that is why I am so passionate about sharing the light of yoga with others!
