About Chandana
As a dedicated Yoga Trainer, I bring over a decade of experience in teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Flow to students of all levels. My journey in yoga began as a personal path to wellness, and it has since become my passion to guide others on their own journeys of transformation and self-discovery.
In my classes, I aim to create a warm, inclusive environment where students feel supported and empowered. My approach combines physical alignment with mindful breathing techniques, helping students build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Each practice is tailored to encourage self-awareness, foster inner peace, and promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
