About Hiranmayee

I am Hiranmayee. I started the journey of yoga to treat my own health issues. I studied yoga as a philosophy of life and I consider practicing on the mat is just a part of it. It helped me immensely to align with myself and others. With the same purpose I want to promote it for the well-being of others. I don't do it full-time. So time slot is limited.

About the lesson

Practice will be 5 days a week, starts with prayer, then warm up and main practice. Ends with pranyam, breathwork and gratitude. This is the general guidelines of my class. But it depends on the requirements of client, and their purpose of practicing yoga.
