About Cédric
I taught for 10 years in gyms, in business, home or outdoors. All these years I met dozens of people in their bringing all my experience and to achieve their personal goals (Strength training, cardio, endurance, weight loss, fitness, weight savings etc. ..). Personalized monitoring is set up on the first drive. Always in a good mood .... not to mention the work of course !!

Want to stay in shape, sculpt your body and take care of you. I propose a suitable solution: a trainer just for you (and your friends). sports enthusiast since childhood, has several experiences in sport (physical and mental coach, PE teacher, coach and trainer in CREPS) with mastery and knowledge of protocols essential to any success. You'll learn the right postures, mistakes to avoid, and your progress will be quickly visible. Each session is different and can take place at home, outside, in the dining room or any other place of your choice according to your program. You will have a training tailored to your objectives, continuous monitoring to maximize your potential !!!! Depending on your goals different types of sessions available to you: The muscle building, weight gain, weight loss, cardio training, soft gym, -Détente stretching, fitness, coaching specific, wellness and sports training and mental coaching. o Building Muscle To get a toned body, concrete buttocks, a flat stomach. I propose a targeted or global postural work to solicit your entire body. o Taking Weight With different fitness techniques, you can sculpt your body, take the muscle and achieve your ideal weight o Weight Loss You want to regain your ideal weight, refine your waist and get rid of excess fat. Associated with nutritional advice, I will guide you to get the best results. o Cardio Training To let off steam and / or improve your fitness, this is the ideal formula. Thanks to a fun and varied work, you will improve your muscle tone and endurance. o Gym Douce To make physical activity smoothly, I use gentle exercises of mobilization and reinforcements, based on learning and the body schema. o Relaxation -Stretching You lack flexibility, looking for rest and relaxation, I propose a stretching postural program based on long stretches and breathing work. o Fitness You want to (re) put the sport, start a diet, find a flat stomach, recover from injury or childbirth. C'est un vrai plaisir de travailler avec Cédric qui arrive même à me faire sourire en plein effort.
Je reprends le sport avec plaisir et ce n'était pas gagné.. Le fait qu'une séance ne ressemble jamais à une autre y joue pour beaucoup.
En bref, un super prof qui sait vous motiver avant, pendant et après la séance. Toujours avec bienveillance, sans culpabiliser et dans la bonne humeur.
Vivement la prochaine séance :)Je reprends le sport après quelques années d'arrêt. J'appréhendais vraiment cette reprise. Mais pas du tout. Cédric a su me motiver, m'encourager voire même me surpasser. C'est un coach très sympathique, patient et à l'écoute . Du coup, c'est avec plaisir que je vais à mon cours et que une fois celui-ci terminé, je me dis vivement le prochain. N'hésitez plus et essayez ses cours. Que du Bonheur!
