I am an experienced yoga teacher, holding a Jila pradhan position with Bhartiya yog sansthaan. (Well-established Yoga institution since 1967)

I have been teaching for 20+ years, and have helped people grow an interest in yoga, wake up early, and become better versions of themselves.

I start teaching with prayer followed by Surya namaskaras , assanas , pranayama & dhyan.
Shuddhi kriyas are also a part of the class occasionally.
