International certified yoga instructor and I still daily practice to enhance myself more.
I give different type of yoga classes as per individual needs of students and patient as per their physical and mental abilities.

I teach hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation and many more different kind of yogic kiryas. My class starts with prayer, whole body warmup, surya namaskars, asanas and alternate days pranayama and meditation. I target different body parts on different days like shoulder mobility, hip opening, inner thighs etc.
For corporate session we teach as per nature of work of all employees they do like sitting job or standing job.
