About Kirti
I am Kirti, professionally a teacher in History as well as Yoga,, due to vast time spending with students and parents, I realized many issues what a student or an adult face, tried to work upon and ultimately Yoga I found as solution. Yoga as an ascetic practice few people are interested but I see many are interested in quick results, so worked upon Sports Yoga, I do render my service to one of the Yoga institutions. Now want to serve my community as well.

You will rock your time. I do try to extend my knowledge in asana practice to keep you healthy mentally and physically, same time will enjoy the class due to sports yoga.
