Beginning of Yoga Class 3 Omkar and Shanti Mantra. Then there will be a 10-minute meditation that will make us aware of our physical states. Then practice of asana pranayama etc. will be made. How to choose a symbolic object for practice. Experience the effect of chanting Om mantra for 5-10 minutes which can remove mental and physical fatigue within a few minutes. Practicing Yoga Nidra is the best technique to reduce physical mental stress in today's fast paced life and achieve more relaxation in less time. For this class you need a place to sit where you can sit without disturbance. For this, a chair can also be used on a sofa bed. If necessary you can use pillow small mattress. For the practice of Yoga Nidra, you have to lie down without any problem for 15-20 minutes, for this also you can use a mattress or yoga mat on the ground or you can lie down on the bed.
