About Varshaa
I am a Yoga Instructor, certified & trained under the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai. I am a teacher by passion (in Finance by profession) and started on this journey of teaching when the pandemic hit.
I have been blessed with the chance to witness yoga's transformative and positive impact on people through these difficult years and I hope to make it accessible to everyone.

Thank you for choosing to embark on your yoga journey with me.
I started teaching in 2020, to help people navigate the pandemic through movement & mindfulness. The practices are built in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya, whose name is synonymous with contemporary yoga, with a minor influence from other schools of thought.
The session will begin with a prayer, followed by a brief discussion on what you are looking for and a 30 min asana practice that you can do on your own even after the session.
The sessions will be a max of 60 mins and will be designed to match your level of familiarity with yoga.
