About Jihoon
Hi, I’m Jihoon Jeon, a dedicated STEM tutor and researcher from the Korean Minjok Leadership Academy, one of Korea’s top private boarding high schools (graduating Feb 2026). I bring both perfect standardized test scores and proven research experience to every lesson I teach. My background includes an SAT Math score of 800, ACT STEM (Math + Science) score of 36, and perfect 5s in seven AP subjects — Calculus BC & AB, Physics C (E&M and Mechanics), Physics 1, Chemistry, and Microeconomics. Beyond testing, I’ve led five student research papers in STEM and interdisciplinary fields, guiding peers through every step from hypothesis design to analysis and publication. This experience helps me teach students not just how to solve problems, but how to think like scientists. As a tutor, I’m structured, patient, and results-oriented. My lessons emphasize conceptual mastery, strategy, and confidence over rote memorization. Hi, I’m Jihoon, a high-scoring STEM tutor and student researcher passionate about helping others learn with clarity and confidence.
