About Mohamed

Hello! I’m Mohamed Oumar, a dedicated mathematics tutor with a passion for helping students succeed. I have been fascinated by math since a young age, and over the years I have competed in multiple international competitions, earning a silver medal at the Pan-African Math Olympiad, bronze medals at the Arab and Francophone Math Olympiads, and I was ranked first in my country’s National Math Olympiad for three consecutive years. My goal is to help students understand concepts clearly, build strong problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in math. I provide personalized, step-by-step lessons tailored to each student’s level and learning style. Whether you want to improve school math, prepare for exams, or strengthen problem-solving skills, I am committed to guiding you with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm.

About the lesson

Hello! I’m Mohamed Oumar, a passionate mathematics tutor with a strong background in math competitions. I have been fascinated by math from a young age, and I love helping students discover the beauty of problem-solving.

Teaching Method & Techniques:
I focus on step-by-step explanations, ensuring that each concept is fully understood before moving on. I use a mix of practice problems, visual explanations, and real-life examples to make math engaging and clear. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and solve problems creatively.

Typical Lesson Plan:

Warm-up / Review: Briefly recap previous lessons and clarify doubts.

New Concept Introduction: Explain the topic clearly, breaking it down into manageable steps.

Guided Practice: Work on problems together, highlighting strategies and reasoning.

Independent Practice: Assign exercises for the student to solve with minimal guidance.

Summary & Feedback: Recap key points, discuss mistakes, and set goals for the next lesson.

What Sets Me Apart:

I have medals from international math Olympiads (Pan-African, Arab, Francophone) and was ranked first nationally in the Math Olympiad for three consecutive years.

My lessons are tailored to each student, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.

I aim to build confidence, not just knowledge — helping students enjoy math rather than fear it.
