About Arsh
Hi, I'm Arsh! I started teaching back in school, when our math teacher wasn't getting through and half my class was lost. I began explaining it to my classmates myself, and watching it finally click for them is something I never forgot. I believe no kid is "bad at math"; they just need it explained the right way. I'm patient, friendly and great with kids.

My lessons are for students in grades 1 to 12 who find math confusing, are falling behind, or want to get ahead before tests and report cards. Sessions are online, either 1-on-1 or in small groups of up to 4 students.
My approach is simple: I break every topic into small, clear steps and keep going until it truly clicks, so students understand the math instead of just memorizing it. I'm patient and I never make a student feel bad for not getting something the first time.
A typical lesson:
- A quick warm-up to review what we covered last time
- A new concept explained step by step, with examples
- Practice problems together, then on their own
- A short recap so they know exactly what they learned
The first session is free. I use it to find out what your child is struggling with, check their level, and teach them one thing they couldn't do before.
What sets me apart: I grew up studying math in Hong Kong and scored in the top 5% in the HKDSE, Hong Kong's university entrance exam. When my own math teacher wasn't getting through to the class, I started teaching my classmates myself, and that's where my love for teaching began.
