About Güliz
My story of meeting with yoga was during the teaching of a friend of mine. During his internship, he needed a student and I wanted to be him. This decision changed my life and brought it to the present. I also want to transfer and multiply what I learned on my yoga path. To benefit others from ourselves in life. At least trying is important to me.

After I got acquainted with yoga in 2010, I took my training in India in 2013. Previously, I gave lessons in a yoga room and hotel. I have been giving private and small group lessons for about 5 years at the places recommended by the students. My training is on Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, meditation and breathing. All levels and age-appropriate lessons are possible. Lessons range from 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. I am always waiting for you to my classes that aim at the mental, physical and spiritual integrity of the person's needs and level :)
