About Tipu
I teach because I’ve seen how ten minutes of mindful movement can flip the script on a stressful day.
I want to share the 'why' behind the poses so you can move with purpose, not just patterns.
My mission is to help you swap burnout for balance through the same techniques that keep me grounded.

Title: Reset & Root: Yoga for the Modern Mind
The Difference: We skip the complex poses and focus on "desk-reversing" movements. Instead of just stretching, we use repetition to build confidence.
Unique Touch: Includes a 5-minute guided Breathwork (Pranayama) session at the start to immediately lower cortisol.
Class Flow:
Arrival (6 mins): Seated grounding and coherent breathing.
Warm-up (10 mins): Gentle spinal movements and hip openers.
The Foundation (20 mins): Slow-paced standing poses like Warrior I and Tree Pose with plenty of prop support.
Cool Down (10 mins): Deep stretches for the neck and lower back.
Savasana (7 mins): Total stillness.
