About Sarag Blue

After earning my psychology degree, I delved into my passions: art, art education and facilitating meaningful connections between people and artwork. I worked in a school as an art teacher and gave private lessons developing creative curricula tailored to students' interests and abilities. Everyone has artistic potential, I believe, and my role is fostering a supportive environment for it to shine. With a calm demeanor and insightful questioning the lessons guide students to think more critically about art. Additionally, I spent years working as a museum mediator where I hosted public dialogues to deepen art appreciation and framed exhibits through different cultural lenses. My educational background in psychology lends itself well to making art feel more accessible. It is a great joy when a piece resonates emotionally with someone. With an empathetic teaching style paired with knowledge of artistic techniques and history, students walk away with new ways of seeing art and the world around them.
