I am a certified yoga instructor in
Hatha Yoga - is a general yoga asanas which covers all the yoga postures and ideal for people not very flexible, helps you to reduce stress, increase flexibility with practice.
Ashtanga yoga focuses on muscle training and develops physical strength. Practicing Ashtanga rejuvenates your body, making it stronger, toned, more flexible and controlled.
