About Yashodeep

Hi, I’m Yashodeep, an Art Director and Sketching Mentor with + years of experience in teaching, illustration, storyboarding, and visual storytelling.

I teach both traditional and digital art, helping students build strong fundamentals and confidence in drawing. My approach is simple and practical — breaking down concepts like proportion, structure, shading, and observation into easy-to-understand steps.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills, I’ll help you learn, experiment, and enjoy the process of creating.

About the lesson

My classes are practical, personalized and focused on understanding rather than simply copying.

We'll start by understanding your current skill level and what you want to achieve. From there, I'll guide you step-by-step through the fundamentals of drawing, including observation, proportion, perspective, shapes, form, light & shadow and composition.

I demonstrate the process, let you practice, and then give you individual feedback so you understand where you can improve.

For beginners: we'll build confidence from the basics without overwhelming you.

For intermediate students: we'll work on technique, observation and developing your personal style.

For students interested in illustration/creative art: we'll explore ideas, visual storytelling and creative approaches.

Every class is adapted to the student's pace, interests and goals.
