About Aarna
As a parent, you want support that’s reliable, patient and genuinely focused on your child’s growth, and that’s the reason this tutoring service exists. I first noticed how many newly graduated students loved teaching their siblings, friends and peers, yet struggled to bring that same passion into the tutoring scene. That’s when I realized that if I taught them properly and took care of all the admin work, I could cultivate real passion, drive and strong teaching skills among my tutors.
I also saw how many parents felt stuck between paying $70 an hour simply because of reviews, or avoiding tutoring altogether because the price didn’t feel realistic. I’ve always believed that teaching is more than a business — it’s a life skill — and every student deserves access to support. This service is here to connect students who need guidance with tutors who deserve the chance to follow their passion and teach with clarity and care.

We focus on keeping things clear and simple, and we make sure students actually understand the ideas behind what they’re learning. We explain concepts in different ways until something makes sense for them, and we check in often so no one feels lost. We’re patient, we don’t rush, and we adjust our style depending on what each student responds to.
Most lessons run for one hour because that’s where students stay focused and make steady progress. Some families choose 1.5‑hour lessons when a student needs more practice time or deeper support.
Our tutors come from strong academic backgrounds and have experience working with a wide range of students across Sydney. We’ve supported learners who need extra patience, students aiming for top marks, and everyone in between. Across the team, we’ve learned how to explain things clearly, build confidence, and meet students where they’re at.
We work with primary and high school students of all levels. Our lessons suit students who need help catching up, students who want to get ahead, and students who simply benefit from having someone calm, clear, and consistent guiding them through their work.
