About Natalia
I have been doing yoga since 2015. I am also a dance movement therapist, so I add elements of dance therapy to yoga classes if students are interested. I was trained and received a yoga teacher diploma in the following areas: hatha, yoga therapy of the spine, yoga for pregnant women. I‘ve created a few online-marathons for women from 18 to 75 years old about relaxation and sexuality.

I help to get rid of stress, cope with back pain, migraines, insomnia, deal with women's health problems. I will teach you how to relax qualitatively, get rid of tension in your head and body in order to maintain health and youth!
