About Alka
I am Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) holder and passionate about yoga & healthy diet. This helped me to reduce 20kg post pregnancy weight & recover from gastronomic diabetes to normal (twice). I would like to share my experiences & help others to create their better version!
I am practicing yoga since last 8+ years & teaching since last 4+ years. I am a certified Yoga Instructor.

I prefer one to one teaching and concentrate on giving individual attention. Everyone is unique and so their requirements.
A typical yoga class will consist of starting Prayer + Loosing exercise + Surya Namaskar + Asanas + Pranayama + Relaxation + closing Prayer.
I work more on relaxation techniques.
