About Vaibhav
Experienced tutor and trainer with demonstrated history of coaching young minds to not only achieve marks but also attain the much-needed practical knowledge. I am an IT undergraduate and have been placed in 3 MNC’s. I have been teaching for 5 years now. Apart from these my interests include public speaking, sports and content development.

As far as my teaching methodology is concerned, it is quite flexible and totally depends on the student I am teaching, because I believe each child is different and requires assistance based on his/her need. Nonetheless, in a general case we can move forward with either active approach or a passive way of studying.
In Active approach we will be directly solving the problems and while solving them we will be exploring the deep-rooted concepts. This will not only save us time but also will make the learning process more interesting.
Contrary to the previous one, in Passive way of learning we will first be taking on the concepts and theorems then only we will move to the question solving part. This is a traditional way of learning and it results in a good foundation building.
