About Stephanie
I have practiced yoga on and off since my late teens.
I qualified through a Thai teacher and enjoy sharing my passion for health with people.
Through my own trials and tribulations of life, yoga has helped me gain composure, calm, flexibility, mobility.
I have used yoga to rehab myself from injuries, I have used it to get over grief, anger, stress, you name it!
It helps teach us discipline and inner quiet and I love sharing this with people who need it.

Adapting classes to client levels, ages and health conditions
Classes vary from yin yoga with slower and longer poses for deeper stretches to ashtanga/vinyasa style flows to bring up energy levels and get a nice workout.
Can do 30mn or 60 mn
