About Ritika
Hello! I’m Dr. Ritika, a PhD-trained Biologist with a strong background in sciences, biotechnology, and math. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with complex scientific concepts and real-world applications, and I truly enjoy breaking them down into clear, easy-to-understand ideas for students. I believe learning becomes meaningful when concepts are understood, not memorized. My goal as a tutor is to help students build strong fundamentals, develop scientific thinking, and gain confidence in their abilities. I enjoy guiding students through difficult topics, helping them ask the right questions, and showing them how theory connects to practical and real-life applications. I want to share my knowledge because I’ve seen how the right guidance can transform a student’s understanding. Teaching allows me to give back to the learning process that shaped my own journey, and I find it deeply rewarding to support students as they grow academically and intellectually. My teaching approach focuses on helping students truly grasp concepts so they feel confident applying them in exams and future classes. I have an academic background in Biology, Chemistry, Math and English, and I use that training to explain school-level sciences in a simple, logical, and engaging way. I break down complex ideas into easy steps, use real-life examples, diagrams, and questions, and make sure students are comfortable asking doubts—no question is too small. I focus on: Building clear concepts from the basics Improving scientific thinking and reasoning Making textbook topics easy to understand Regular revision and practice Helping students become confident and independent learners I adjust the pace based on the student’s level, ensure they understand before moving ahead, and regularly check progress through short questions or worksheets. I also help students improve their answers so they can score better in school exams, not just understand the topic. My goal is not only to help students perform well academically, but also to help them enjoy learning instead of feeling stressed by it. Parents can expect a sincere, patient, and responsible teaching style with consistent feedback on progress.
