Session Packages & Appointment Policy
 To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the smooth running of my business, all session packages are expected to be completed within a consistent timeframe. When sessions are extended beyond a four-week period, it impacts both my appointment availability and business income, as appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Extended gaps also limit my ability to offer those appointments to other clients who are waiting for availability. I am happy to accommodate the occasional holiday or short break where possible. However, breaks of four weeks or longer cannot be accommodated within the same package, as they have a significant impact on my schedule and the sustainability of my business. For this reason, any session package that remains inactive for four weeks or more will be considered expired. To continue treatment after this period, a new full session package will need to be purchased. This policy is in place to ensure a fair, consistent, and sustainable service for all clients.
