I am a Communicologist and yoga teacher. I have been practicing for 10 years, I am certified in the Yoga Alliance YTT 200 hours and I am studying the 300 hours certification. I also have a Yoga for Children certification, workshops in Bandhas and Ashtanga Settings.

Ella tiene más de 10 años haciendo yoga. Sus clases son estructuradas y llenas de energía. Tiene un nivel avanzado, es experta en oratoria y los textos de intención de la clase son escritos propios, y únicos!! La meditación guiada con ella es superfluida e inmersiva. Además utiliza aromaterapia en todas sus clases. Ella me invitó a mi primera clase de yoga, ahora tengo casi 2 años practicando. Es la mejor maestra.
