Yoga is all about connecting your brain to your heart. So many people out there think that it's all about stretching, asanas etc. But it's all about you and what you learn. In my one hour session I basically teach 30 mins of Asanas, 15 mins of warmup and 15 mins of pranayama (breathing exercise) thus, you will start learning not only about asanas but also about breath control.
