Languages in which the lesson is available :

English

think about how the body works and what muscles r being used

take like one measure and think about exactly how you want it to sound, adria also gave example of thinking of literal intervals before she sleeps

think about what it takes to press a note and think about how it WOULD sound, not just how u want it to sound

opening of barcarolle for example

think of very very small segments

comparison to being aware of what muscles r being used when walking for example

one way is to think of the physical motions very intensely without actually doing them, another side is to think of what sound is being aimed for and/or phrasing etc

being in CONTROL… it takes full mental awareness first (gave example of becoming aware of how the arm lifted itself… realization that it came from shoulder)
- this also reveals tense moments that happen even without any real physical movement
