About Christine
I am extremely patient, understanding, accommodating and easy to work with. I have 36 years of teaching experience with ages 5 years to college students. It is important to me that a student feels comfortable with the work they struggle with. I will adjust the contents as the need arises.

I use the holistic approach, all senses, and reinforce vocabulary. I start with revision for reinforement, followed by introduction of new work, working at the pace of the student. I am patient, accommodating and thorough. I offered remedial classes in reading, writing and spelling for several years. I can teach foreign adults, students in elementary/ high school anyone in need of help. I have passion for teaching and have the ability to meet a student at his/her level. I am also prepared to work in cooperation with a school teacher, should it be necessary.
