About Shalini

I am a teacher and interact with many people- children, adults alike in the course of my work. To handle different situations daily, I practice meditation and want to share the benefits with my learners. Through my classes, you will learn to be calm and positive, too!

About the lesson

I base my class on understanding the learner's need and then personalized guided meditation sessions. Teaching learners to relax and harness a positive attitude is my goal. As we progress, you will be able to feel the benefits in your daily life, too!
