About LUCÍA
I started in the world of yoga at the age of twenty and in September I will finish my training of 200 hours endorsed by the entity Yoga Alliance in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, Coaching and Meditation. During all these years I have been able to teach some classes, but honestly I have dedicated them to the knowledge of this discipline: meditation and relaxation techniques in the disciplines of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa; In the Mindfulness method; Food and aromatherapy.

As I always say, it does not matter how strong or flexible you are. It is the least important, because, with time and discipline, it ends up coming alone. The most important thing is your willpower to enter this path, and the flexibility to accept everything that you are discovering about yourself. My yoga classes include both meditation (mindfulness in breathing for beginners) and relaxation. Through the movement we will discover those parts of ourselves that are more hidden and we will work with them to achieve a balance, not only in the mat, but we will transfer it to our day to day.
