About Monika

I graduated from Queens University this year with a Bachelors of Science and a minor in English. In the fall I will be completing my Bachelors of Education and hoping to work as a high school teacher afterwards. I have tutored elementary school students in the past and have recently had 3 teaching placements in high schools around Ontario. I would be thrilled to work one on one with students to help them reach their goals!

About the lesson

I believe that there is no size fits all approach to teaching and learning. Every student learns differently and at their own pace. I make sure my method of teaching fits my students needs and that they are always encouraged to keep trying even when something is difficult. When students set their mind’s to learn and challenge themselves, I believe they can achieve their goals and will feel proud of their efforts.
