About Shivani

I'm a passionate yoga practitioner who has experienced the positive impact yoga can have on the body and mind. Practicing yoga has helped me feel more calm, strong, and balanced in life, and now I want to share that with others. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga, no matter their age or experience.

About the lesson

In each class, I guide students through gentle breathing exercises to calm the mind, followed by a series of standing, sitting, and lying-down yoga poses. These include stretches and strength-building movements that improve flexibility, posture, and balance. Each session ends with deep relaxation.
