About Rohit
I am a certified yoga instructor and have 10 years of experience teaching yoga. I take private home sessions and group classes as well. If anybody wants to live a healthy life without feeling older than their age, they can join my classes. Long hours of sitting postures and long hours of screening are the major reasons for lifestyle diseases, so start your journey with me.

I focus on mobility, strength, and flexibility. If a person is facing any chronic disease, I keep therapeutic classes for them so that they can get back into their normal life and keep away from injuries.
