Throughout the week, we focus on a different chakra to bring your body and mind back into balance.
My approach is simple: consistency creates change. That’s the foundation I build with every student.
Expect activating warm-ups, fluid dynamic flows, grounded Hatha poses, and a calming sound healing to close.
And on weekends? We take it up in the air with aerial yoga.
