About Alexa

I am a college student looking to gain more experience and help other people grow in their yoga journey. I love the practice and think it is a lifelong skill since any age level can use this as a form of self-care, exercise, or just for fun!

About the lesson

I spend each time in my classes differently. For example, if you have had a recent knee injury I can avoid irritating that area and eventually make yoga moves to help strengthen your knee. Also, if you did a shoulder workout the day before I would make a plan to stretch out your sore areas. I am very versatile and can help a brand-new person learn yoga or an experienced person! I hope to work with you!
